After the flash grows through encounters – between eyes, gestures, and distances. This space is open to anyone who wishes to tale park.
Participation follows the rhythm of our ongoing projects – we announce each new call here and on our Instagram page.
We send film rolls across the world, and they come back to us full of new perspectives. Each participant receives a disposable camera, takes their photographs, and sends it back. The result is a collective archive of unseen moments – a dialogue made of light and distance. Calls for this project are announced on our Instagram page: @aftertheflash_project
We invite you to pause on an image and allow it to speak to you. Choose a photograph from our archive and write a few lines on what it evokes for you, whether that be a memory, a texture or a sense of quietness. Selected contributions will be published in this section, with credit to the author. Calls for reflections are announced on our Instagram page: @aftertheflash_project
A space dedicated to encounters with photographers and artists – on how they set up their studios, how they see the world, and what photography means to them. Each dialogue explores the origins of an image, and what remains after the flash.
